The research complies with qualitative research model and is conducted for ascertaining the status. In this research, it’s aimed that to find out what extent the mentioned values are subject to existing songs in course books which has published for primary school by Ministry of National Education and to ascertain the status by taking teacher opinions. Therefore it’s trying to instill certain values such as responsibility, respect, philanthropy, justice, self-control, patience, friendship, honesty by music such as lullaby, counting, nursery rhyme, ballad and anthem that an individual listens and hears from infancy phase to youth phase. Among these phases, human is mingled in infancy phase with lullabies, in early childhood phase with counting, nursery rhyme, fairytale and games, as to late childhood and youth phases with ballad, song, anthem and the variant other music. ABSTRACT Human, as an individual, grows and develops through infancy, early childhood, late childhood and youth phases beginning from birth.
